Below are answers to the most common questions regarding ticket purchases and access.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are delivered digitally and instantly after payment confirmation. You will receive an email containing a secure download link allowing you to access your tickets immediately.

What if I cannot find my ticket email?

Please check:

  • your spam or junk folder

  • the email address used during checkout

If you still cannot locate your ticket, contact our support team and we will assist you.

Can I download my ticket multiple times?

Yes. Your ticket link allows you to access and download your ticket again if necessary.

Can I show my ticket on my phone?

Yes. Most venues accept mobile tickets that can be scanned directly from your smartphone.

Can tickets be refunded?

Refunds or ticket changes may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided the ticket has not yet been downloaded.
