Refund Eligibility

Refunds or ticket changes may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided that:

  • The ticket has not yet been downloaded

  • The request is submitted through our support team

Once a ticket has been downloaded or accessed through the secure download link, the ticket is considered delivered and activated, and refunds may no longer be possible.

Event Changes

If an event is officially postponed or cancelled, customers will receive further instructions regarding:

  • Ticket validity for new dates

  • Exchange options

  • Possible refunds depending on event organizer policies
